For instance, when you run WinAero Tweaker on the currently available Windows 10 Technical Preview build, you’ll see options to enable the resizable Start menu, the hidden login screen, and the cool date and time pane. When you run the same WinAero Tweaker on Windows 8.1 or Windows 7, these Windows 10 tweaking options will not be offered.

The current version of WinAero Tweaker includes settings to tweak Aero, desktop shortcut arrow, animations, boot and logon screens, network, and Start screen.

It even includes option to enable the hidden Administrator account and completely disable the User Account Control.
